Training Programs
Competency Assurance Program (CAP)
CAP is a formal on-the-job training program, which provides employees the opportunity to demonstrate competency in current roles and prepare for future promotions. Ensco offshore positions are certified by industry standards.
Engineer and Management Trainee Program
Ensco annually recruits degreed engineers from universities worldwide to participate in a three-year Engineer Trainee Program. Graduates from this program are then promoted to a two-year Management Trainee Program. The primary objective is to develop graduates for operational and engineering positions for work anywhere in the world.
